We are recruiting Dutch Customer Support Agents to work in Turkey.
Your Role As a Customer Support Agent- Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
- Answer phone inquiries, provide support and direction to customers, and resolve customer service issues in a timely, empathetic manner.
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer services database.
- Troubleshoot through open questions, support documents, and system training.
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
- Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 Level or Native).
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
- Good computer skills.
- Any prior experience or contact with clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good listening and empathy skills.
- Good time management skills.
