This position requires a commitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to handle diverse inquiries. You will develop a strong understanding of the services offered and fulfill clients' needs with accuracy and empathy. The ideal candidate will also document customer interactions and ensure compliance with established policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming client calls and chats promptly

• Maintain established performance levels in a KPI context
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French for regular communications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Effective multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
