Client Service Representative Remote; North Battleford

The Junkluggers are hiring Universal Call Center Representatives to provide customer support and sales for our environmentally-driven service.

Pay $21.50 CAD per hour. A $2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and a $1.00 per hour Live Xchange Service Fee apply.

Minimum 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule:
Monday‑Friday 7:30am‑11pm (peak 9am‑4pm);
Saturday 7:30am‑8pm;
Sunday 9am‑8pm (peak 11am‑3pm). Hours can be scheduled flexibly within these windows.

• Assist customers in understanding the Junkluggers service and scheduling appointments.
• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, text, and other channels.
• Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Quickly evaluate customer needs and provide suitable options.

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week during the company’s operating/peak hours.
• Empathy, strong customer‑focus, and a desire to help customers.
• Collaborative, accountable, and integrity‑driven attitude.
