Corporate Travel Consultant (Remote – Canada)

Hours:

Monday, Thursday, Friday 1:00pm‑9:00pm EST and Saturday, Sunday 10:00am‑6:00pm EST (100% Remote).

Our client, a boutique Travel Management Company, is looking for a talented travel professional to join their fully remote team. This role values expertise, autonomy and building lasting client relationships.

• Managing complex domestic and international corporate travel arrangements.
• Handling itinerary changes, disruptions and emergency travel situations with confidence.
• Building strong relationships with business travelers and understanding their unique preferences.
• Providing high‑touch, white‑glove service to every client interaction.
• Maintaining accurate traveler profiles, loyalty programs and travel records.

• Minimum 3 years of corporate travel experience.
• Strong Sabre GDS experience (3+ years preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• TICO certification (required for Ontario‑based candidates).
• Flexibility to assist with occasional after‑hours travel support.
