Join Cardata as a Customer Support Representative in a remote role. Enhance user experiences by addressing customer inquiries and providing effective solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding users through our innovative vehicle reimbursement processes. With your problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, you will help users navigate our products and address their needs promptly via Zendesk. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to resolve complex issues and improve user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as first point of contact for user inquiries
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver solutions
• Document and track customer interactions accurately
• Educate users on Cardata’s offerings and features
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve inquiries
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in customer support or similar role
• Familiarity with Zendesk and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing tasks effectively
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
