Position: Customer Success Manager 100% (h/f/d ZH

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager 100% (m/f/d) Zurich ZH Your area of responsibility

  • Support and further development of existing customers with a focus on long-term partnerships as well as active communication with our customers and their decision-makers on site
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey
  • Identification of up- and cross-selling potentials in close cooperation with the sales team
  • Analysis of customer needs and derivation of concrete measures to optimise services
  • Coordination and alignment between customers, operations and internal departments
  • Creation and evaluation of reports as well as presentation of relevant key figures
Your profile
  • Experience in customer success, key account management or sales environment
  • Ideally, you have experience and expertise from the culinary, gastronomy or hotel industry
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and commercial contexts
  • Strong communication skills in fluent German and very good English as well as confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Affinity for numbers and experience in dealing with KPIs
  • Enjoyment of regular customer contact and interest in demanding customer relationships

You will work in a committed and friendly team in our beautiful and modern service centre in Kloten, directly at our customers’ sites or in the home office.
