Overview
Luxury Lifestyle Manager – Luxury Travel Consultant for the UAE, part of Ten Lifestyle Group’s concierge team. The role delivers personalized, high‑quality service to high‑net‑worth members across travel, dining, retail, entertainment, and exclusive experiences with a strong focus on the Middle East market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end member requests, delivering tailored recommendations and exceptional service within agreed time frames.
- Utilize destination knowledge, supplier network, and negotiation skills to secure the best travel, dining, and lifestyle experiences.
- Build strong relationships with members and suppliers to ensure seamless, personalized service.
- Promote the wider Ten lifestyle services, identifying opportunities across travel, tickets, retail, and other concierge offerings.
- Resolve member queries and service recovery issues with professionalism and a customer‑first mindset.
- Maintain accurate records and update all member interactions in real time.
- Gather member feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve the member experience.
- Maximize commercial opportunities by identifying commissionable bookings where appropriate.
- Consistently uphold the high standards of service expected by luxury and affluent clientele.
- Fluent in English, Arabic, and French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Several years’ experience in the travel industry (tour operator, travel agency) or a minimum of 3 years in luxury concierge, hospitality, or high‑end customer service.
- Proven experience booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
- Strong GDS experience, preferably Amadeus, and deep knowledge of the Middle East (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha) and key destinations across Asia.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury lifestyle services and the expectations of affluent, high‑net‑worth clients.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Highly organized, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Strong online research skills and the ability to source tailored recommendations quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Passionate about travel, luxury, dining, events, culture, and lifestyle experiences.
- Positive, proactive “can‑do” attitude with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Available to work on a full‑time basis.
