B&Q is recruiting a Customer Advisor for its Dumfries site on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Roles include helping customers online, collecting orders, processing returns and assisting with stock transport. You may work up to 12-hour shifts across a Monday–Sunday pattern.
The role requires a friendly, outgoing approach, willingness to learn technology, and the ability to work both in a team and alone. Flexibility for weekends, evenings and bank holidays is important.
