In this remote role, you will provide support for customer inquiries as part of MCI’s growing team. Your ability to listen and assist customers with their needs will contribute to their overall satisfaction. Communication and organizational skills are key in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls respectfully and efficiently
• Provide solutions for inquiries and complaints
• Share accurate details about products and policies
• Record customer interactions systematically
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for issue escalation
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a customer service environment preferred
• Strong communication and listening abilities
• Work independently with a reliable internet connection
