In this full-time position, your outstanding communication skills will be vital as you support our internal service partners over the phone. You will also perform essential non-phone fulfillment activities to help meet Service Level Agreements. If you thrive in dynamic environments and possess strong analytical abilities, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate information on credit card products and policies
• Resolve issues efficiently using available resources
• Multi-task effectively to ensure timely responses
• Fulfill client requests through various channels like CART
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French essential
• Experience managing high call volumes with confidence
• Technically savvy in troubleshooting systems
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills
• Availability for flexible shifts in EST timezone
