About this opportunityWe’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Client Service Administrator to help us deliver a consistently excellent service to our internal client serving teams and clients. You’ll be joining a small, friendly, high performing central team at an exciting moment in Bishop Fleming’s growth journey, as we continue to embed new systems and smarter ways of working.
A key part of your role will be working daily within Workday, our core business system supporting our Opportunity to Cash (OTC) process. You’ll play an important part in maintaining high‑quality data, ensuring workflows run smoothly, and helping the firm get the best out of the platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, is passionate about data quality, and is always looking for ways to make processes smoother, faster, and more effective.
Your responsibilities will include:- Client onboarding & maintenance: administering client take‑on procedures, ensuring all forms, letters, and compliance checks (including AML) are completed accurately and on time.
- Workflow coordination: liaising with client delivery teams to ensure work is scheduled effectively and delivered promptly.
- Data stewardship: maintaining accurate records across Workday and other systems, ensuring information is always up‑to‑date and reliable.
- Continuous improvement: spotting opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the service we provide.
- Case management: managing and progressing requests through the case management system.
- Project support: contributing to process reviews, integrations and documentation updates.
- Workday platform support: assisting with administrative tasks to maintain platform effectiveness.
- Administration experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, and work independently when needed.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and technology.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high quality data.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidentiality awareness and a solid understanding of data protection requirements.
- A team player who also enjoys working independently and taking ownership.
- Curious, proactive, and improvement minded, always looking for ways to enhance processes and service delivery.
- Experience with Workday or similar systems is desirable.
