Responsibilities
- Start in one of our branches, supporting customers side-by-side
- Transition to working from home, handling inbound calls
- Help customers through a range of channels including social media, web-chat and remote video appointments
- Resolve banking tasks, offering reassurance, guidance and practical support
- Recognise opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services
- A minimum of 12 month’s customer service experience
- Suitable home working environment including a private area to take inbound calls
- Stable/secure Wi-Fi connection to serve customers effectively
- Advocates of Lloyds Banking Group's products and services
- Ability to adapt to different customer needs
