Your role focuses on supporting inquiries through various communication channels.
We are a rapidly expanding tech company seeking passionate individuals for the Customer Support role. You will be at the forefront of customer engagement, utilizing your effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure each customer’s needs are met efficiently. This role requires flexibility to accommodate customer interactions at any time, including weekends and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a structured daily interaction schedule
• Support customers with relevant and friendly dialogue
• Ensure top-tier customer service in real-time
• Document resolutions accurately after customer contacts
• Provide personalized answers and solutions
Requirements:
• Work permit required from Canada, UK, Spain, or Finland
• Proficient in G-Suite and communication platforms
• Experience with CRM tools like Intercom or Zendesk preferred
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
