Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installations and updates for MR products

• Communicate effectively with the Customer Care Center

• Ensure optimal process performance for service activities

• Escalate incidents to Regional Support Center as needed

• Document customer complaints and service reports

Requirements:

• College Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical fields

• Knowledge of MR modalities is a plus

• Long term experience in medical services

• Valid driver's license and passport for travel

• Clearance for domestic and international training travel
