Position: IT Service Desk Lead - Customer Experience & Escalations (Hybrid)

Ascent People Ltd is seeking an IT focussed Customer Service Lead to manage an EMEA service desk with a strong customer service focus. The role is hybrid, with remote work and office visits to Warrington as required.

You will develop and grow the service desk team, host escalation meetings with global IT teams, manage vendors, and provide management reports. The candidate will leverage ITIL and emphasize customer service over technical depth.
