Client Experience Specialist Remote

As a full‑time, 12‑month contract specialist, you will ensure efficient and professional service for clients booking Medcan's Annual Health Assessment. This role involves leveraging product knowledge, managing inquiries through various channels, and enhancing client experiences. You will build relationships and act as a brand ambassador for Medcan’s health services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional client service and foster strong relationships
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
• Schedule and book appointments, recommending services for clients
• Increase sales through cross‑selling and up‑selling tactics
• Provide ongoing support for our online client portal
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business or health
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or contact centre
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Salesforce knowledge is an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset
• French bilingualism is a plus
