Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service to clients and plan members
• Handle day-to-day inquiries and escalations from clients
• Answer questions on benefits, claims, and insurance rules
• Collaborate in daily CSS Team meetings for alignment
• Contribute to initiatives enhancing client journey and products
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Group Benefits Industry experience
• 3+ years in Account Management or Client Services
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with web applications like Salesforce and Zendesk
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills
