Position: Greek-Speaking Customer Advisor — Hybrid Role
Location: City of Edinburgh

is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Greek Speaking) in Edinburgh to support travellers with hotel bookings, flights and general queries across phone, chat and email.

You will work full-time (37.5 hours) delivering empathetic service in English and Greek, handling multi-channel inquiries, achieving KPIs, and contributing to improvements while representing our global travel brand in a fast-paced environment.
