Role Description The Guest Relations Specialist is a part‑time, hybrid role based in Al Ain, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for welcoming and supporting platform users and visitors, responding to inquiries, and providing clear information about H.I features, events, and community guidelines. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing guest interactions through online channels and in‑person touchpoints, resolving user issues, escalating complex matters when needed, and ensuring a positive, consistent customer experience.

The Guest Relations Specialist will assist in gathering feedback, supporting onboarding sessions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve user journeys and engagement. This position involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on outstanding concerns, and representing H.I’s values of curiosity, collaboration, and respect in every contact.

Qualifications
  • Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating welcoming and supportive experiences.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Experience skills, including active listening and clear, professional written and verbal communication.
  • Basic Sales skills, with the ability to present platform features, encourage engagement, and support user conversion and retention.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing both in‑person interactions in Al Ain and remote communication.
  • Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast‑paced, evolving setting.
  • Comfort with digital platforms and social media, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, community management, or customer‑facing roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.
