Job Summary
Act as the first point of contact for our premium customers, delivering high‑quality customer service during overnight hours. Advise premium customers via phone and email in Arabic and English. Process customer requests end‑to‑end, from offer preparation through to billing, including individual travel arrangements, restaurant and club reservations, gift organization, tickets for sports and cultural events, spa and fitness bookings, yacht charters, flowers, transport, sightseeing, and related services.
Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels and destination management agencies. Prepare tailor‑made travel offers and documents, create detailed itineraries, manage visa applications and handle all related administrative processes.
Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique and curated opportunities.
Qualifications- Excellent language skills in professional Arabic and English, written and spoken (C2 according to the Common European Framework).
- Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism.
- Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or a travel agency, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high‑end customer service.
- Knowledge of GDS (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge.
- Strong passion for travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture.
- Service‑oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and alignment with Ten Group values.
- Excellent communication skills and a dedication to exceptional service.
Full‑time (40 hours per week) permanent night shifts between 20:00 and 07:00 GMT, Monday to Sunday on a rotational shift basis. Hybrid/home office option available for employees located within commuting distance of the United Kingdom office; at least 3 days per week in the office.
