This remote position is for a customer-focused specialist within the Customer Support team. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience with Texada Cloud Link software
• Strong communication skills with customer focus
• Proven problem-solving abilities in technical contexts
• Proficiency with AI tools for improving workflows
• Patience and curiosity in complex issue resolution
