Blue Ocean is seeking self-motivated candidates for 20 openings as Call Centre Agents. You'll engage with clients by responding to inquiries, processing payments, and managing refunds. Ideal candidates should possess effective interpersonal skills and have 1 to 7 months of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to written and oral customer inquiries
• Provide detailed information and support to clients
• Arrange for refunds and credits efficiently
• Process payments accurately during interactions
• Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
Requirements:
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• 1 to 7 months of customer service experience
• Punctual with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office suite
• Ability to multitask under pressure
