We are looking for a French‑speaking Luxury Travel Consultant based in the United Kingdom. As a Travel Consultant at Ten Lifestyle Group, you will serve a sophisticated premium clientele and design tailor‑made journeys that meet the highest standards of luxury and service.
Responsibilities- Advise premium cardholders by phone and email in French and English.
- Handle customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips.
- Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
- Create tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed itineraries.
- Advise and facilitate unique travel experiences with passion.
- Actively sell special promotions and exclusive offers.
- Excellent professional French and English skills (C2 level).
- Additional language (German or Italian) is an advantage.
- Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in tourism.
- Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, tour operator or travel agency.
- GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus).
- Strong destination knowledge across key global regions.
- Passion for travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture.
- Service‑oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and alignment with Ten Group values.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong commitment to exceptional service.
- Full‑time availability (40 hours per week).
- Willingness to work 5 days a week between 08:00 and 20:00 GMT, Sunday to Thursday.
- Located in the United Kingdom.
- Employees living within commuting distance of the office will be asked to work in a hybrid arrangement—at least two days per week in the office.
- A secure home office with adequate internet speed, free from background noise or distractions.
- During the first week of employment, all staff work exclusively from the office for onboarding and cultural immersion.
- A Work‑From‑Home assessment will be assigned on Day 1 and must be completed within the first week.
- From Week 2 onwards, employees may transition to a hybrid model upon successful completion of the assessment.
- Exceptions may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
