ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking a Client Account Manager to oversee remote ABA Therapy accounts for USA clients. You will manage day-to-day operations, coach remote agents, monitor KPIs, and act as the primary operational contact for assigned ABA clients across multiple accounts.
You will collaborate with the Client Success Manager, analyze performance data, and drive improvements while balancing client expectations with operational efficiency in a fully remote setup.
