Location: Gqeberha
Talent Pop is hiring a Shopify/Gorgias Customer Support Agent for a fully remote role. You will respond to customers via chat, email, or phone, handling inquiries about products, orders, returns, and accounts.
Proficiency with Gorgias and Shopify helps you manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support. We value clear written English communication, at least 1 year of online customer service experience in e-commerce, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple conversations.
