Who’s Your ADDIE? is a small e-learning and EdTech company delivering high‑quality, learner‑centered experiences. We’re seeking Student Success Specialists to support students through registration, onboarding and queries while helping maintain smooth operational workflows.
You’ll drive onboarding, retention and engagement, assist with content development for self-service tools, and collaborate with the Product Owner and Delivery Manager to improve the learning platform.
