Talent Pop App is expanding our corporate headquarters and seeks a dedicated German-English Speaking Customer Service Support to join as a direct hire. You will be the primary contact for our community across voice, live chat, and email, representing our brand and ensuring smooth inquiries.
You should have at least 1 year of remote customer service experience, full professional fluency in German and English, and familiarity with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
