Visa Hunt is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle high-volume inbound support for a U.S.
-hours remote role. You will manage 50–100+ tickets daily across Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, and via phone, email, live chat, and social channels.
The ideal candidate is patient, clear in communication, and able to stay calm under pressure while delivering fast, accurate resolutions. 1–2 years in customer service plus MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency are preferred.
