Talent Pop App is hiring a Shopify/Gorgias Customer Support Agent for a fully remote role. You will respond to customers via chat, email or phone, handling inquiries about products, orders, returns, and account issues.
You will use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support while staying informed on product updates to ensure a consistent customer experience. Strong English communication and at least 1 year of ecommerce customer service are required.
