Talent Pop is growing our global operations team and we're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate – German Speaker to join us as a direct hire. In this role, you'll support our internal operations and community through exceptional customer service while working remotely from Johannesburg.
The position requires 1+ year of customer service experience, professional fluency in German and English, and familiarity with Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
