Your duties involve confirming reservations, up-selling relevant products, and providing crucial information about travel policies. Strong candidates will have a background in marine or ERM travel and excellent communication abilities.

• Handle crew movements and manage related disruptions

• Offer essential information on travel costs and visa requirements

• Provide attentive responses to customer requests

Requirements:

• Experience in ERM or marine travel environments

• Proven skills in handling crew rotations and disruptions

• Keen attention to detail under pressure

• Expertise in GDS Amadeus

• Strong communication skills in English
