Location:
Bradford (Hybrid Working Available After Successful Completion of Training)
Salary: £24,750 Per Annum
Hours:
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Working Between 8:00am and 6:00pm
We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our established financial services business based in Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced office environment. Whether you already have experience within financial services or have a strong customer service background and are looking to develop your career, we'd love to hear from you.
Following a comprehensive training programme, you'll have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, combining office and home working.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing an excellent experience across telephone, email and written correspondence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Providing accurate information on products, services and customer accounts
Resolving customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Updating customer records accurately on internal systems
Processing customer requests and supporting administrative activities
Working closely with colleagues across the business to resolve customer issues
Maintaining compliance with company procedures and financial services regulations
Delivering excellent customer outcomes at every interaction
Meeting individual and team service standards and performance targets
About You:
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous customer service experience (telephone or office-based preferred)
Excellent communication and listening skills
A positive, professional and friendly approach
Strong attention to detail
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Excellent organisational skills
A willingness to learn and develop
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
Experience with in financial services is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
