As a Travel Concierge, you'll provide exceptional service around the clock. Candidates must possess travel industry knowledge, fluency in French, and resilience under pressure. Your responsibilities will include using advanced travel tools and delivering consultative sales support for customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and bookings

• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships

• Recommend and cross-sell travel products and services

• Utilize Sabre GDS for efficient booking and support

• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of travel and world geography

• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written

• Experience in sales and customer service

• Certification in TICO and OPC preferred

• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
