Location: Purston Jaglin
Pyramid8 is recruiting for Customer Services Call Handlers – Patient Services to support patients with prescription medications and home delivery. The role is in a fast-paced team with hybrid working options as you move from temp to permanent.
You will handle calls, emails, and online enquiries, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism, while maintaining patient confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
