As a Client Experience Specialist, you will proactively support clients in accessing services and scheduling appointments.
Your role combines customer service expertise with consultative support, helping to foster lasting client relationships. You will also work with various communication channels to ensure satisfaction and support the organization's growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional client service as a brand ambassador
• Manage inbound and outbound communications effectively
• Schedule appointments and suggest relevant services
• Develop deep knowledge of services and promotions
• Support revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business, Health, or related field
• 1–2 years in customer service or client relations
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Interest in health and wellness
