Your role will involve assisting policyholders by documenting claims, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth communication. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and ensure calls are handled properly

• Monitor service lapses and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of admin experience
• Preference for candidates with post-secondary education
• Familiarity with the insurance/service industry preferable
• Strong phone etiquette and computer proficiency
• Detail-oriented with effective communication skills
