Corriculo is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will own the customer journey from onboarding through retention across ~20 clients, coordinating with sales, product and operations to maximise value and satisfaction.
You will travel to visit clients and contribute to strategic planning, KPIs, and expansion revenue. A proactive, data-driven communicator will thrive here in a collaborative team setting.
