With a minimum of six months of experience, you will engage with patients, guide them through their vision correction journey, and manage appointments effectively. This role involves proactive communication and personalized guidance, ensuring patients feel informed every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound patient communication
• Educate patients and encourage appointment scheduling
• Build trust by providing personalized support
• Document and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements:
• High School Diploma with 6 months customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and French;
Spanish is a plus
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
• Proficient with various software and online tools
• Availability for remote training from August 3, 2026
