As a key member of the Operations team, you will address customer concerns and enhance resident satisfaction. This role enables you to utilize your bilingual skills in both English and French while developing strong relationships with residents and colleagues. Your determination to exceed monthly key performance indicators will be crucial in maintaining Boardwalk's exceptional reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats promptly
• Identify and clarify resident needs through communication
• Follow up on outstanding resident-related issues diligently
• Record all conversations in our CRM software
• Upsell locations during customer interactions
Requirements:
• Preferred experience in customer service roles
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
