Klantenservice Medewerker Claims / Customer Service Claims Associate (Dutch Speaker) Amsterdam

Help customers get back to what matters most. Every day you’ll guide Dutch‑speaking customers through the claims process when their mobile phone or device has been lost, stolen, or damaged, providing empathy and professionalism while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Assess and process insurance claims for lost, stolen, or damaged devices.
• Support customers throughout the claims journey with empathy and professionalism.
• Review information and make accurate claims decisions.
• Communicate with customers via email and internal systems.
• Ensure claims are handled efficiently and in line with company guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Fluent Dutch language skills (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• A genuine desire to help customers.
• Good attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and confidence using multiple systems.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Starting salary: €2,469 gross per month + holiday allowance paid in 12 monthly payments.
