In this full-time role, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and be responsible for engaging customers through various channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service and be fluent in both French and English. You will effectively resolve inquiries, while collaborating with team members to maintain superior customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers via phone, email, and chat professionally
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service consistency
• Resolve customer issues with a focus on first-contact resolution
• Maintain product knowledge for accurate customer guidance
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Service

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and CRM systems
