This position offers full-time remote work with flexible hours on a rotating schedule. Candidates must be fully bilingual in French and English, with a strong customer service background. Individuals will handle insurance claims, review reports, and coordinate with adjusters and vendors to provide optimal service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and document call reports for accuracy
• Provide personalized customer support during claims
• Arrange dispatch of adjusters as needed
• Field inquiries and direct them accordingly
• Maintain records of service issues and make recommendations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education required
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or administration
• Knowledge of the insurance industry preferred
• Strong communication skills in both languages
• Excellent attention to detail
