You’ll help navigate applicant validations and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Validate applicants to mitigate fraud risks
• Support point-of-sale credit application processes
• Document procedures while adhering to compliance
• Report customer feedback to the escalation matrix
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or finance
