Media Markt / Saturn is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives in Turkey for a fully remote role. You will handle inquiries on store locations, returns, complaints, stock checks and reservations, plus basic tech support. Training lasts two weeks with online format and mandatory attendance.
Competitive net salary up to 42,000 TL per month with bonuses, plus a meal card and private health insurance. Shifts span 09:00–20:00 CET with rotating schedules and paid holidays.
