Key Responsibilities:

• Guide merchants through onboarding and product configuration

• Monitor account health and track product usage metrics

• Triage customer support issues and coordinate internal resolutions

• Conduct performance check-ins and identify upsell opportunities

• Capture and communicate customer feedback and feature requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience

• 2+ years in Customer Success or related SaaS roles

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with CRM tools like Hub Spot or Zendesk

• Ability to work independently in a startup setting
