• Schedule services and coordinate vendor bookings diligently
• Monitor service call progress and provide timely updates
• Collaborate with departments for seamless communication
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Customer Care or related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven client-focused problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in English and French is an asset
