In this fully remote role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for patients, handling inquiries, orders, and medical logistics. A strong command of medical terminology, along with exceptional technical skills, is needed for assisting in complex situations. Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities are essential to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries via multiple communication channels
• Manage patient orders, documentation, and data entry
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels
• Expedite urgent medical orders and resolve issues
• Maintain records and recover medical equipment
Requirements:
• Fluency in Canadian French and English (C2)
• Located in Canada for compliance purposes
• High school diploma required
• 4–6 years of experience in customer service or call centers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
