The Open University in Belfast is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Student Recruitment and Support team on a temporary contract until October 2026. The role starts with a 7–8 week office-based training period, then shifts to a hybrid model combining office and home working.
You will handle student inquiries across channels, provide guidance on registration and study options, and maintain records using university systems. Training is full-time, 37 hours per week.
