About the Role

Dedicated Luxury Travel Consultant (Arabic speaking) in the Luxury Lifestyle Management area to cover overnight shifts in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for premium customers, delivering high‑quality customer service during overnight hours.
Advise premium customers via phone and email in Arabic and English.
Process customer requests end‑to‑end, from offer preparation to billing, including individual travel arrangements, restaurant and club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports and cultural events), spa and fitness bookings, yacht charters, flowers, transport, sightseeing, and related services.
Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination management agencies.
Prepare tailor‑made travel offers and documents, create detailed itineraries, manage visa applications, and handle all related administrative processes.
Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique and curated opportunities.

Qualifications

Excellent professional Arabic and English language skills (C2 level).
Tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in tourism.
At least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality, or high‑end customer service; or several years in the travel industry (tour operator or travel agency).
Excellent global destination knowledge.
Proficient in a Global Distribution System (GDS), ideally Amadeus; experience with Galileo, Sabre, or Worldspan also considered.
Strong passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture.
Service‑oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure.
Positive attitude and alignment with Ten Group values.
Excellent communication skills.
Available full time (40 hrs per week) for night shifts 20:00 – 10:00 local Dubai time, Monday to Sunday on a rotational shift basis.
