Talent Pop App is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative fluent in German and English to join our internal team. You’ll assist customers via phone, chat and email, resolve issues, and create positive experiences while working from home in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: at least 1 year of customer support experience, strong written German and English, and solid problem-solving. Experience with support platforms is a plus.
